Description:
Legend Valve 104-506 T-415 Bronze Inserted Bonnet Gate Valve, 1-1/4", FNPT x FNPT. Ideal for commercial or industrial water or steam applications. Durable, all-bronze body construction resists pipeline stresses and distortion. Non-rising stem design with oversized packing, is compact and reliable. The gland follower stem seal design lasts longer than traditional packing-nut designs, by isolating the packing nut's rotational movement from the packing's compression seal. Screwed-in bonnet is close-tolerance machined to seal correctly, even during internal pressure and temperature variations. Integral seats are precision-ground to match each fully-guided disc-wedge, enhancing the drip-tight seal. Heavy-duty, open-spoke cast iron handwheel dissipates heat quickly, minimizing the possibility of burn injury to the operator. A full-flow waterway reduces pressure drop and flow turbulence.
