This Chicago-Latrobe 150T series jobber length drill bit set contains 60 high-speed steel drill bits, including one each of wire gauge sizes #60 through #1, with a TiN coating and a 118-degree conventional point for use in high-speed drilling applications on ferrous and nonmetallic materials. High-speed steel (HSS) provides hardness for wear resistance. The titanium nitride (TiN) coating withstands higher drilling speeds, increases drill bit hardness, and extends tool life when compared to uncoated tools. A jobber length drill bit has a versatile midrange drilling depth that is a common choice for general-purpose drilling applications. The round shank accommodates most drill chucks.The set comes in a gray epoxy-coated steel index case with labeled compartments for identification and organization.
