It is spring-loaded with a slam latch style, and it measures 2 inch in length, 7/8 inch in width, and with 1-9/16 inch hole centers. Used on Window Master Series 216 Windows. For best results, follow the installation instructions included with each package. These parts are easy to replace using only a few simple tools.
