B-744 write-on inspection label. 82587 They are made of durable, write-on/laser printable polyester material B-744. Not recommended for outdoor use. Header is Inspected, legend is "Date, Initials". Black on white color, 5/8" height, 1-1/2" width. Package contains 364 labels (26 labels per package). Adhesive type is pressure sensitive acrylic. Substrate type is polyester. Standard material colors are white, yellow and orange. Properties of adhesive are Adhesion to steel (PSTC-1), 15 Minute dwell (average) - 44 oz/in. (48 N/100mm), Ultimate Dwell (72 hrs.) - 56 oz/in. (61 N/100mm), Tack (ASTM D2979)(average) - 376g (3.6N), Drop shear (PSTC-7)(average) - 1 hour. Tensile strength (PSTC-31) is break - 20 lbs/in. (350 N/100mm). Elongation (PSTC-31) is break - 70 percent. Abrasion resistance (Method 5306 of U.S. Federal Test Method Standard Number 191A) is CS-10 wheels, 250 gram weight, Ink withstands up to 2,750 cycles, preprint withstands up to 7,500 cycles, substrate withstands over 20,000 cycles. Chemical resistance is no exposure recommended unless overlaminated.
